Correctly formed Packeta shipments can be left in the Packeta mailbox or parcel box of the Logistika Pluss logistics center at Punane 73, Tallinn. You have to use the door of the house on the side of Kuuli Street.

• Envelopes can be placed in a mailbox with the Packeta logo.
• Parcels can be left in a parcel box with the Packeta logo. Packages max 10 kg may be placed in the package box. See below for instructions on how to bring larger shipments.

• The mailbox and parcel box can be accessed Mon-Fri (except national holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Mailbox and parcel box are emptied Mon-Fri at 14:00.

• Larger mixed shipments (a package that is on a pallet or weighs more than 10 kg) must be taken directly to the warehouse. To enter the warehouse, you must use the call panel in the booth by the barrier. Be sure to mention “Packeta”. Packages are handed over through loading door No. 2.
• The warehouse is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
