Good customer service helps solve problems
March is known as the month of good service in Estonia and we at Logistika Pluss also have great service staff! Our service managers and customs agents interact with our customers on a daily basis, and we strive to be a reliable partner that provides quality service. Service manager Anne spoke a little more about her work and in general about providing a good service:
“I have worked directly or indirectly in the field of customer services for 26 years. Before joining Logistika Pluss, I had been a deputy store manager, service coordinator and also engaged in marketing and sales. In general, my job has always been to provide good service – 25 years of analysis on the part of large clients, but now I am more on the side of direct client management and I solve current issues.
Good customer service is based on professional knowledge of your services in order to be able to offer them to customers, and of course professional communication. Patience and helpfulness are essential to provide a pleasant service experience. It is important to constantly educate yourself – both in knowing the services you offer and your company’s processes.
During my time in the service industry, I have learned to listen and explain better, these are essential tools for providing a good customer experience. Positive emotions are provided by situations where an interesting solution to a problem has been found together with the customer or where the problem has been solved through service. Sometimes, if it is not possible to offer a good or a fast solution to the customer and the customer is not satisfied, it is important to explain why we cannot help in the given situation. If possible, we offer the customer alternative solutions and be sure to listen to his or her concerns and suggestions. I work in the service, because direct communication with customers gives a lot of energy and their well-being also brings me good emotions!
Since joining Logistika Pluss, I have gained a lot of new knowledge about warehousing logistics and logistics in general. It has given me the confidence that I will always find the best solutions for my customers and that all my customers will have a pleasant and positive service experience. ”
